Rate Schedule.

Performance.
JM & Sons Service sells service based on time and material. The customer is guaranteed the best effort of trained, well equipped service personal.

Terms of payment
Net 30 days from date of invoice. Under conditions in which J&M Sons Service. determines that financial prudence indicates such action, full or partial payment may be required in advance. Rates do not include applicable sale, use, excise or similar taxes, and the amount of such taxes shall be added to each invoice unless the customer supplies J&M Sons Service with an acceptable tax exemption certificate.

Customer Contact.
Customer must have personnel at the job site authorized to operate the equipment, approve overtime, and sign time sheets.

Travel and Expenses
Customer will be charged travel expenses (time and mileage) based on total mileage (plus time) traveled for the service call including total round trip between J&M Sons Service. and job site and any mileage (plus time) to locate replacement parts.
Customer will be charged at cost for all other expenses associated with the work outside of J&M Sons Service’s facility such as tolls, parking, etc.
